The pin shows a number and an arrow. The arrow gives a hint of the treasures location, and the number is in correlance with the other pins, and tells you which one is the closest to the treasure.
This crossair shows you where the digging will be done. Click, hold and drag around with your mouse to move around the worldmap.
Press this button to start a new game.
This is where the treasure was hidden, the treasure will only appear once the game has ended.
Welcome to the treasure hunt that takes you all around the world
Many treasures are hidden somewhere in the world.
You will get 13 map pins to place on the map, on the spot where you want to dig for the treasure.
For each time you dig, you will get information that tells you if the current location is closer or further
away from the treasure than the previous one.
You will also get a hint in which direction the treasure is located. Howerer this is not an exact direction, and you
should have in mind when considering the hints that the world is round.
The arrows shows you approximately 45 degrees angle in which direction the treasure is buried.
For each pin you place out, an automatic recalculation of all the previous pins is being done.
Also, each pin gets repositioned. That pin that is closest to the treasure is marked as
number 1, naturally this means that the pin that is second closest to the treasure is marked with
number 2 and so it goes on for everytime you place a new pin on the worldmap.
When you have done your 13 diggings, the treasure will be shown to you and a calculation
of how far away from it you made. The treasure will now be hidden at a new location and you can
now start a new game. We now have a total of 52053 treasures hidden all around the world.
That treasurehunter who gets closest to the treasure before the contests timespan has ended wins the treasure.
